Other tools give your agent a browser. This one gives it control.

"Your agent can browse the web" has become a checkbox feature, and half the industry checks it with something that is not really browsing. The question worth asking is not can the agent reach a page, but how much of the browser is it actually allowed to operate. On that axis, most solutions quietly fail.

What most solutions actually hand the agent

Control means agent-shaped primitives

browselenium.online takes the opposite trade: full control of a real, human-like browser in the cloud, expressed as named tools sized for an agent's decision loop. find(selector) returns structured tag, text and attributes — not a wall of HTML. click(selector) waits for clickability instead of racing the renderer. type_text clears, types and optionally submits. wait_for, press_keys, scroll, execute_js, history, tab_list / tab_new / tab_switch, screenshot with full-page capture — every primitive a human driver uses, one tool call each, with the browser living on our infrastructure.

Low-level escape hatches stay available on purpose: get_html and execute_js mean nothing on the page is out of reach when the named tools are not enough. Control is granular by default and absolute when needed.

Control that survives between calls

Most hosted browsers reset the moment the request ends. Here, the session persists across every tool call — cookies, history and tabs included — and get_cookies / set_cookies let the agent export a logged-in state and replay it later, on another run or an entirely different machine. An agent can log in once on Monday and still be logged in on Friday, from a different host.

Control the agent can learn by itself

Control is worthless if the agent does not know it exists. The authenticate response carries a quickstart, and get_skill returns the complete playbook — every tool, the recommended workflows, quota limits and ground rules. No documentation crawling, no prompt engineering: the agent discovers its own capabilities on first contact.

So who actually gives the agent control?

If "browse" for your agent means read, click, type, hold a session and adapt to whatever the page does next, the last row is the best one — it is the only one built around the agent holding the wheel.

Your agent read enough. Time to let it drive.
